Active Consciousness Meditations

I invite you to join me for a powerful ancient breathing meditation practice called “Ananda Mandala.” This ancient technique of active and rapid breathing will cleanse and release all mental, physical, and emotional blockages from your body, creating space for inner peace, clarity, and a new perspective on life.

During the session, you will also experience other dynamic exercises and meditations, which will remain a surprise for you.

Whether you are already practicing yoga, are a beginner, or feel stuck due to certain emotions, physical pain, or a sense of being unable to move forward in life—this practice is for you.

It is also for those who want to experience the power of their breath and its effect on the body. If you’ve practiced this kind of meditation before, you should know that every experience is unique and brings something new to discover.

We all need to work on ourselves to achieve happiness and fulfillment, to release the baggage we carry unnecessarily, and to create space for inner peace and silence. Let this be one of the steps toward self-discovery and liberation!

What is Ananda Mandala Meditation?
The ultimate goal of Bhakti Meditation, as part of Bhakti Yoga (the Yoga of Devotion), is to unite Atma (the soul) with Paramatma (the Supreme Soul). Through consistency and mindful breathing, this practice focuses the mind, leading to complete peace and harmony.

Meditative Techniques You Will Learn:
Ananda Mandala Meditation (Bhakti techniques)
Dynamic No Dimensions Meditation (Sufi techniques)
Nadabrahma “Humming” Meditation (Tibetan technique)
Pranayama Techniques (Deep Breathing for Inner Energy Control) and Kriyas
Awareness Meditation – SOHAM (“I am that”) meditation
Relaxation Meditation
Concentration Meditation
Chakra Balancing Meditation
Kundalini Meditation
You will come to understand with your whole being that yoga and meditation are not about “doing” but about being. Meditation is not an action but a state of the body, spirit, and mind. Breathing has no other ultimate goal than for you to become the breath itself.

Duration of Each Practice:
80 minutes

Benefits of Active Consciousness Meditation:
Improves overall health
Enhances mental peace and awareness
Boosts the immune system and energy levels
Slows the aging process and increases longevity
Improves focus, concentration, and mental clarity
What is the Purpose of These Practices?
As Sadhguru says:
“When I say Pranayama, people tend to translate it as a breathing technique or breathing exercise, but it is not. ‘Prana’ means ‘life energy,’ and ‘Yama’ means gaining control over it. Thus, it is a subtle process through which one can control inner energies. These processes are taught in depth because transforming inner energies is essential for stabilizing the body and mind.”

What Are the Techniques of Kriya Yoga?
Kriya Yoga, often called the Yoga of Action or Awareness, is an ancient meditation technique that uses Pranayama (breathing), Mantras (chanting), and Mudras (spiritual gestures) to accelerate spiritual growth.

The Human Energy System:
The human body consists of both a physical and energy body. The subtle energy body is composed of Prana (life energy), Aura, Chakras, and Nadis.

PRANA
Prana is the universal principle of energy, the life force upon which all life is based. It flows through the body via Nadis (Sanskrit term for energy channels) or meridians in Chinese medicine. When these energy pathways become blocked, stagnant, overactive, or imbalanced, toxins and illnesses manifest in the body. Understanding Prana helps us manipulate, utilize, and channel it for better health, strength, vitality, and heightened awareness.

CHAKRAS
There are seven main chakras along the spine, which are energy centers in the body. Each chakra resonates with a specific vibrational frequency, color, sound, life lesson, emotional state, and thought.

The word Chakra means “wheel” or “vortex.”

AURA
The aura is the electromagnetic field surrounding the human body. It has seven layers, corresponding to the seven chakras. Imbalances in one layer can affect the others:

Etheric Body: The closest layer to the physical body, supporting and connecting it to higher layers.
Emotional Body
Mental Body
Astral Body
Etheric Template Body – The energetic double or twin of the body.
Celestial Body
Ketheric Body – Represents the feeling of oneness with the universe and contains all the information about your soul across past, present, and future.
NADIS
Nadis means “flow” in Sanskrit. These energy channels (around 72,000) connect the chakras and provide them with energy. The three most important Nadis are Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna.

Ida and Pingala represent the dualities in existence, such as Shiva and Shakti or masculine and feminine energies.
Sushumna, the central channel, is dormant in most people. When energies flow freely through Sushumna, life truly begins.
The Seven Main Chakras:
1. Mooladhara – Root Chakra
2. Swadhisthana – Sacral Chakra
3. Manipura – Solar Plexus Chakra
4. Anahata – Heart Chakra
5. Vishuddhi – Throat Chakra
6. Ajna (Agneya) – Third Eye Chakra
7. Sahasrara – Crown Chakra
By balancing these chakras and awakening Kundalini energy, you can experience true harmony and higher consciousness.

ACTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS MEDITATION is an ancient and highly powerful breathing technique, particularly effective for activating the chakras and awakening kundalini energy.

It is designed to cleanse the body of stagnant energy flows that have been blocked and left to fester over the years—pain, regret, hatred, and so on. These come to the surface, allowing the individual to deal with them from a place of compassion and strength in order to move forward. According to Punnu, “This process clears energy channels, washes away hidden emotions/blockages/old wounds, activates the chakras, elevates our level of consciousness, makes our bodies blissful, and leads to a sense of wholeness.”

The practice involves a combination of rhythmic, fast, and intense breathing solely through the nose, alternated with progressive meditation focused on the seven primary chakras. This unique combination of breathing and meditation serves as a highly effective tool for awakening kundalini energy and enhancing our state of consciousness. It helps us break through blockages and achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
