ANANDA MANDALA MEDITATION

I invite you to join me for a transformative and awakening experience with one of the most powerful ancient breath meditation practices called “Ananda Mandala”. This ancient fast and active breathing meditation technique will clear and release all mental, physical and emotional blockages from your body and create space for inner peace, clarity and pave a new way of seeing life.

During some practices, other exercises and dynamic meditations will be learned, which I will leave as a surprise for you.

Whether you are already practicing yoga or you are a beginner….or maybe have found that you often get blocked by certain emotions, suffer from physical pain, or feel like you can’t move forward in your life for whatever reason…this practice is for you.
