Hello, my name is Tamara.

Throughout my life, dance has been my passion. I have worked in a dance group in South Korea and have been involved in various sports for many years. As time passed, I was searching for something that would inspire me, be a form of art, and help me feel and look youthful. I found my calling, inspired by my wonderful teacher, Natalia Getsova.

Body Ballet is what energizes me, excites me, and fills me with passion, and I want to share this with you. In the beginner Body Ballet class, you will discover that the grace of ballet is accessible to everyone. You can expect an active cardio workout combined with specific ballet positions, blended with elements of Pilates and yoga.

Body Ballet is a modern form of fitness that, unlike traditional workouts, elongates the muscles, sculpts the female posture, and enhances grace.
