I have been a licensed PortDeBras instructor since 2018, having completed the Basic level certification courses in 2018 and the Intermediate level in 2019.

Non-professionally, I have been practicing sports for 15 years, such as: aerobics, step with choreography, Zumba, Pilates and a few different styles of dance.
