I am a graduate of NUTI, where I specialized in classical ballet. I have performed on major Bulgarian stages, including the stage of the National Opera and Ballet in Sofia.

My interest in physical health and movement led me to the Pilates method, which now plays a central role in my life. I believe that discipline and consistency are the keys to success, and this is especially true when it comes to practicing Pilates.
