My name is Silvia Naydenova and I am a Yoga instructor for kids and adolescents.

I finished my higher education at NATFIZ, and now I am pursuing a master’s degree at Sofia University with primary school pedagogy.

My relatives define me as a creative person with a desire for constant development. In turn, I believe that when you learn something new and evaluate its effectiveness in the long term, it is time to share it with those who also have a desire to develop.
