Kids Yoga

Yoga practices benefit both adults and children.

Yoga is neither a sport, nor “stretching” or a religion. It’s a way of living! Yoga means “fusion” of mind, spirit and body in one!

By practicing, we teach ourselves to non-violence, understanding and respect! Yoga practice includes poses (asanas) in which the child learns his own will, concentration and uniqueness. They also support balance, flexibility and strength. They develop the child’s worldview, supplement his vocabulary with novelties and help him understand more clearly both his own and other people’s feelings and emotions
